SEE WHAT MY CLIENTS HAS TO SAY

Myra Beams is an exceptional Realtor. She is very knowledgeable . Myra works very hard for all of her clients. She always answers calls. And answer your questions. Someone was looking out for me when I chose her as my realtor. If I could give her 10 stars I would!

Very diligent, focused, professional, and excellent customer service. Always there for you. Myra really made it seem easy.

Myra went above and beyond to find answers to my questions and particulars on selling a lot by researching zoning laws, utilities, etc. She is also a very nice and friendly person that you would love to have as a friend. I would recommend her for any real estate job you need to handle.

Myra Beams is a top notch real-estate broker , she helped my husband and I with a purchase of a home. We would not have been able to do it without her expertise and knowledge . She is personable , friendly and a pleasure to work with.

I found Myra an exceptional Real estate broker agent. She listens to what you say and need and delivers. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to invest or sale . We will be back Myra

Myra answered all my questions and she was a great help and knowledgeable. She was also very nice taking time to answer my questions with care

Great person! Helped me and my husband tremendously!

Myra sold our house in less than a week! It was a wonderful experience working with her. Myra took the weight of the world off of me! Myra handled all of those details that needed to be done. It was a pleasure work with Myra and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Thank you Myra🥰

I have worked with Myra for nearly two years and she has incessantly worked in my interests, going above and beyond, all despite me going another route with the home ownership question. She is an ever-flowing fountain of knowledge, unable to hide her expertise, and ready to answer all questions I would have (I had a lot of questions). Anyone looking to buy or sell in today's market would serve themselves well by choosing this professional, and I would recommend her to all under any circumstances. Thank you Myra!

Myra was easy to work with and patient with us. Haven’t sold a home in 47 years so it was a huge process for us. Our home went on the market on Friday and by the following Monday she had a contract for us! I would and have recommended her for your next move.

Perfect agent with real world knowledge and experience. She slows the process to not miss any details and provide personal touch in an otherwise high tech environment. You won’t miss with Myra👍🏻

Myra did a fantastic job for me. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a property.

It was a pleasure and great experience working with Myra inselling our home. She was knowledgeable on pricing for a very quick sale. She stayed in constant contact with us and suggestions on the best possible way to show our home. Thanks Jeff & Pam.

I can’t say enough good things about working with Myra. She helped me buy my first home (just closed last week!), and we managed to get everything done super smoothly even though I’m relocating from across the country. As a first-time buyer, I had no idea what to expect, but her knowledge, experience, and guidance made the whole process so much easier than I imagined (honestly, buying my last car was more stressful!). If you’re looking for an agent in the greater Staunton area, I highly recommend Myra.

Absolutely horrible! She does nothing and leaves everything for her clients to do. She makes her clients spend a lot of money in getting the property ready prior to listing it. Her follow up is quite poor, and she is a poor negotiator.

Myra is a warm and personable agent. She is thorough and proficient at what she does. She kept us well informed at every step and made the process painless. She is willing to work with out-of-state sellers and Myra goes ABOVE and BEYOND what is required. I would highly recommend her as a realtor. An absolute delight to work with!

Myra helped my mother sell two homes, one in Virginia and another in Florida. I highly recommend her for all of your real estate needs. If I could give her ten stars, I would!
